Mathias Jäniche, born 1971.

I am a qualified specialist in electrical engineering (registered with the German Chamber of Commerce), an expert in occupational safety, and a health and safety coordinator.

I gained my initial experience back in 1995 at Nordex Energy GmbH. There, I learned about the wind energy industry from the bottom up: as an installer, a site manager, a start-up technician, a lead construction foreman, a responsible electrician, a head of quality management and a founding member of the internal Health, Safety & Environment department.

After almost 13 years at Nordex Energy GmbH, on 1 January 2008 I moved to Triowind GmbH, then still GbR, which I helped to expand and shape as one of the managing partners for more than ten years. 

On 12 October 2018 I set up Mathias Jäniche GmbH, with the aim of further pursuing my personal goals.
